De Schildkamp, Asperen, The Netherlands. The hotel and show hall are under one roof but the show hall has limited capacity. So don’t wait to long with entering the show.

GENERAL INFO SHOW

As the show hall has limited capacity we can NOT accept any grooming space requests or a double space for 1 cat.

It is only possible to enter for both days (Saturday and Sunday) or Saturday

You can enter till Friday October 18th or till the hall capacity is reached.

Additional fees
Rental club cage : € 10,- per day
Catalog: € 7,50 (electronic version is free of charge)
Regional fund (per exhibitor): € 1,50
Payment at the door: +10%
Payment via Paypal: +5% (avoid paying any fees and transfer to friends/family ;-))
Late entry (only agreed upon by the entry clerk): € 10,- per late entry
Changes to any entry: + € 10,-
note: it is NOT possible to cancel your entry without payment

Size of a space / cage : A single case/space is 70 cm wide (27,5″)
Larger cages will NOT be allowed. The minimum size of a cage is 50x50x50cm. There will NOT be any exceptions to this rule.

For all those who make use of a club cage, we do expect you to use show curtains and rug or basket If you’re not in possession of a show curtain you can rent this for 10 euro per day. The cats have to be provided with food, water and litterbox.

Vetted show:

This is a vetted show. Any cat showing signs of illness, parasites or fungus will be escorted from the show hall, along with any cats owned, housed or agented by the same exhibitor. All entries should be vaccinated against feline viral rhinotracheitis, calici and distemper (panleukopenia) at least two weeks prior to the show. European passport, Rabies vaccination (3 weeks), microchip or tattoo are required for foreign exhibitors. TICA show rules require all claws, front and back, be clipped prior to benching.

The veterinary check-in will be from 7:15 till 8:30 AM on Saturday.
The show will start at 9:00 AM on Saturday and 9:30 on Sunday
All cats need to be present during show hours and till judging is finished
