- the Regional Winner you would like to sponsor (place and name)
- your name
- the name / comment you would like to have printed on the award.
After your payment is received and confirmed your sponsoring will be final.
Sponsoring : € 25,- for a Regional Winner and € 10,- for a Best of Breed.
